The snow storm was past them and the boys had been working on the new floor, which would be for Lois, most of the day and had wanted to patrol. But Oliver had stayed behind with Chloe and Lois and now they were just waiting for Clark to get back from an emergency call so Lois could finally fill them in on what they needed to know.

Chloe was still nervous about them finding out more about the future, but the fact that this future Lois had come from clearly wasn't exactly the same as theirs did comfort her a little because then maybe, whatever bad that had happened might not happen in their present.

With a deep breath, she shifted on the couch and looked towards the window that Clark had left through, "I wonder how long he will be."

"You caught that too, huh?" She said quietly, looking up at him, "I guess future Clark fed her crush."

He grinned a little at that. "Apparently so." He leaned his head against hers, closing his eyes for a moment.

Chloe pressed her lips against his once more then pulled back, "tired?"

"A little," he confessed. "You're getting me used to taking naps." He opened his eyes once more and grinned at her.

"Oh, don't put the blame on me," she smiled, lifting a hand to her stomach and looking down at it.

He covered her hand with his own. "Okay, you two are getting me used to taking naps," he teased, pressing a kiss to her temple.

"I say we nap," she smiled softly, looking towards the kitchen where Lois and Clark had disappeared into, "they will be entertained."

"Works for me, Mrs. Queen." He kissed her softly, then rose to his feet, holding his hands out to help her up.

With a smile, she took his hands and walked towards the bedroom with him, she did feel exhausted, probably from being tense for so long, but felt a lot better now that they had a plan and hopefully, it would work.
