After that very long morning and an even longer nap, they woke up, or Oliver did and Chloe woke up when she felt him moving on the bed beside her. It took her a second to realize where they were but when she felt slightly uncomfortable because she had fallen asleep in her jeans, she remembered.

Rubbing her face, she took a deep breath and glanced at Oliver, whispering, "what time is it?"

Chloe glanced over at Oliver and rubbed his arm a little, talking about Clark was never easy on him, "so it's just us five," she nodded, looking up at the other three, "which is much better than just the two of us or the three of you," with a soft smile, she nodded, "knowing Lex and again, assuming he's behind this, he will have people as well as technology to keep his prisoners in, but people are disposable for him so if we can get past his technology," her eyes fell on Victor and she smirked a little, "which shouldn't be a problem, we can at least free the people who are in there."

"Assuming they want to be freed," he murmured, relaxing a little and glancing at her sideways. "Sounded to me like some of them were volunteering for the job." He looked up at Bart.

"Kinda," Bart agreed, shrugging a shoulder and glancing at the others "we don't know how many of them are, though, from what we saw, a lot of them were scientists but he could have just fed them whatever information he wanted them to believe."

Squinting slightly, she looked between them, "if they are all agreeing with this, trying to break them out is not the way to go." Apparently she had missed that piece of information, "we just need to find a way to stop Lex's experiments before he manages to infect people."

Oliver drew in a breath and let it out slowly, resting a hand on her back and rubbing gently. "We will. We just need a solid plan."

"Good thing we have the brains of the family here with us then." He looked at Chloe and grinned.

Chloe smiled warmly at AC and shook her head, "you guys are gonna have to help me with this one, my brain doesn't work nearly as well right now since I can't have any coffee."

It was nice to hear him calling them a family, more than ever before, they really felt like one.

Bart grinned and shrugged, looking from AC to Chloe, "I saw Vic just messes up with their system, I go in and steal all the files I can and break a lot of their labs on my way out."

Oliver looked between Chloe and Bart. "We need a contigency plan." He remembered all too well what had happened when Lex caught Bart on one of their missions in Kansas, and he didn't want a repeat of that.

Making a face, he shrugged, "something goes wrong, you guys will come up with a way to get me, I'm sure."

Chloe shook her head, raising her eyebrows, "no, Bart, Oliver is right, last time Lex got to you, it was a close call." And this time, they didn't have Clark there to help.

Glancing at Oliver then back at Bart, she nodded, "AC and Oliver will go too, do you know if the building would be accessible through the roof?"

A.C. nodded slightly. "And there's water access down beneath it." He smirked."You'd think Luthor would learn."

"Guess not," Oliver mumbled, rubbing a hand over his face. "All right. So I'll go through the roof, A.C. can come from down below and Bart can take the front door."

Chloe frowned a little, looking over at Oliver, suddenly a little nervous, "that's plan B. In case Bart has a problem with something..."

He turned his head to look at her, and shifted closer, pressing a kiss to her cheek. "I know. Just wanting everything to be in place in case we have to utilize it," he assured her softly.
