When Chloe woke up, she was in her bed, her memory hazy for a few seconds, it looked kind of dark outside, but it didn't sound like it was early in the morning, the traffic in the distance outside, it sounded more like rush hour than anything else.

She sat up and when she did, her head immediately started pounding and with the pounding came her memories, she remembered the accident and the hospital and then leaving the hospital with Oliver and then...

The clock said it was 6:43, and if the noise outside was anything to go by, it was 6:43PM. She had slept all day, which meant she had slept all day and that meant she had completely missed work.

Chloe groaned and rubbed her head before getting up, she could hear the TV in the living room, so she walked towards it sleepily.

"That's what I meant," she nodded, watching him closely for a second, "how long ago was that?"

"About five years ago," he said, hopping up onto the counter and picking up his coffee mug once more. He gazed at her intently for a moment, then looked down at the mug.
