Chloe raised her eyebrows and smiled, nodding, "yeah, you're pretty fun to be around too," she leaned her elbow on the table and rested her cheek on her hand, "which is why you should come in to town more often to begin with." The words are slurred, sure, but she means them, she just wouldn't have said them if it wasn't for the drugs.
