Chloe sighs in relief when she sees her, she was afraid she wouldn't make it in time to see her mother awake and she needed to see her now, with everything that has happened and with Chloe refusing to deal with it at all, she needs to allow herself some comfort before she goes insane.
Chloe places her purse over the chair next to the door before walking towards her mom, she gives her a soft, tired smile and wills herself to keep it together as she wraps her arms around the woman, "It's so good to see you." There is a small crack in her voice and so she chooses not to say anything else.
