She'd been ready for over twenty minutes now and she was getting impatient, when she called Oliver earlier to ask him when he'd be at the clock tower, he said around eight. Well, she gave him ten minutes and then she started counting. It was eight thirty and he still wasn't there.

Adjusting her dress, she walked over to her purse and picked up her phone, when she was about to dial, she heard the elevator doors slide open.

"Finally!" She barely gave him time to step out of the elevator, "you need to change, we're going out." Maybe it wasn't exactly an invitation, but she really wanted him to come, besides, she had spent a lot of time on getting ready and presentable enough to be seen with Oliver Queen.
