She sighed deeply and looked down then shook her head a little before looking back at him.
"It was right after we graduated high school, I was getting ready to move to Metropolis and I was kidnapped by a former classmate," she swallowed and pursed her lips together, "he has a missile that was going to destroy Smallville and I tried to stop him from launching it, we struggled with a gun and it went off."
