Wedding reception!
[ooc: open party thread! Mingle, thread-hop, crash the party, cause drama. Whatever you feel like.]
The wedding had gone smoothly. Her dad had walked her down the isle like it should be. They had exchanged their vows and rings once more. Even if the ceremony had been just a formality, since they had been married for two weeks now, but it had still been nice to be there with their family and close friends.
After that, they had been dragged to another room in the hotel for pictures and only now were they being introduced back to their guests, this time as Mr. and Mrs. Queen.
The reception was taking place in the ballroom of the Metropolitan. The decoration was, unsurprisingly, green. Dinner would be served but drinks and appetizers were already available for those who wanted them.
Chloe just hoped his part of the day went as smoothly as the rest of it had.

"The bride and groom have a dance. Bride and father. I don't think anyone cares if you and I share a dance, Smallville." Aaand she'll attempt her escape now.

"I'll go do that, then."

"Just one dance. With me."

"Fine," she says begrudgingly, glancing around before returning her gaze to him.

"I haven't had a chance yet to tell you how beautiful you look," he said sincerely, smiling at her.

"Thanks," she murmured, slipping her arms around his neck and attempting a small smile.
