Moira hears the little break in her daughter's voice, and it makes her embrace tighten a bit. She holds her close, comforting her daughter for the first time in two years. It feels so wonderful, and at the same time, it hurts, because she's missed so much, and now her only child is hurting, too.
"My little cub reporter." she whispers, gently rubbing her back before leaning back away from her. "Why don't we have a seat, sweetheart? You look so tired."
